Erbil Yağmur was born in Malatya in 1976, to an internal medicine doctor father and a primary school teacher mother.
He has completed his high school education in İstanbul Yahya Kemal Beyatlı High School, after having started in Eskişehir Fatih Science High School earlier. Yağmur has graduated from Istanbul Medical Faculty in 1998.
Erbil Yağmur has passed the Medical Specialty Exam with honors in April 1999 and has started his specialty training at Istanbul Medical Faculty Gynecacological Diseases and Obstetrics.
He completed his specialty education as a Gynecological Diseases and Obstetrics Specialist in 2004.
Yağmur started his career with Private Bilge Hospital, where he worked between 2004 and 2007.
After completing his military service in Erzurum Mareşal Çakmak Hospital, Erbil Yağmur has started working at Alman Hospital’s in vitro fertilisation clinic.
During his 10 year career at Bahçeci Fulya In Vitro Fertilisation Center which is owned by the same group, Yağmur has mostly attended couples with recurring failure rates and miscarriages, in addition to patients with low ovarian reserves. He has been a pioneer in the application and development of many treatment methods.
Yağmur has attended many courses, congresses and seminars.
Erbil Yağmur is carrying on with his work in his private clinic since 2017.
